HPL-Apollo Opening New LAX Facility

HPL-Apollo Opening New LAX Facility

HPL-Apollo is excited to be planning and designing their new 60,000 square foot space less than one mile from LAX. This state-of-the-art Cooling and Forwarding facility will have nine rooms capable of storing different products at their own specific temperature, 23 high dock doors, and over 900 pallet positions. HPL-Apollo will have the capacity to build and/or break down more than 20 LD7 (lower deck pallets) simultaneously. When open, the facility will be compliant with U.S. Customs, and Certified Container Freight Station, USDA, and food safety certifications.

“We at HPL-Apollo are very excited as this new facility will allow us to keep growing our business and our customer base. They will also be able to grow while having their perishable orders handled in our state-of-the-art coolers, and our team will be able to work from new, modern, and functional offices,” says Chief Executive Officer, Ivo Skorin.

The LAX team toured the facility before starting the final stage of assembling the coolers.
