Joe Czyzyk, CEO and Chairman of Mercury Aviation LLC, announced a reduction in Mercury’s portfolio of businesses.

In late 2021, a private equity firm completed its purchase of Mercury Air Cargo, Inc. and Maytag Aircraft Corporation. Both companies were wholly owned subsidiaries of Mercury Air Group, Inc. and all employees were retained by the new operating company.

The remaining subsidiaries in Mercury Aviation LLC are: MercFuel Inc., GSA Force LLC, Mercury Americas LLC, Jupiter Aviation Inc. and HPL-Apollo LLC. Combined, there are now 125 employees. All company policies and employee benefits remain unchanged.

Mercury Aviation LLC will continue its operating growth through another decade of opportunity. None of its success and growth would have been achieved without its selfless and dedicated employees.
