Statement on Confusion Concerning Mercury Air Centers

Los Angeles, CA (August 11, 2010): In April 2004, Mercury Air Group, Inc. sold Mercury Air Centers, Inc. According to a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) complaint filed in September 2008 and the announced settlement yesterday, the violations took place after the sale.
We were saddened to learn of the problems raised in the EEOC settlement. Mercury Air Group is very proud of our culturally diverse workforce and we continually strive to ensure a workplace free of any type of harassment and discrimination.
