Thai Air Express, an all-cargo airline based in Bangkok, recently selected TAC Group to be their Aviation Advisors, enlisting TAC to negotiate the leasing of aircraft on behalf of the airline.

Profreight Group, one of Thailand’s major freight forwarders, recently acquired Thai Air Express.

TAC will be negotiating the dry lease of two B737 freighters for the airline, to be delivered in the first and second quarters of 2019.

Thai Air Express intends to concentrate their flight schedules on the expanding regional e-commerce freight markets. Existing clients include Thailand Post, who employs 24,000 people within 19 logistic centers and 1,300 post offices nationwide and the major integrators such as DHL and FedEx. Thai Air Express will be carrying parcels for the post office between its regional centers.
